As we have a high repeat guest booking rate having the details of guests on the database is a real bonus as it shortens the booking process so quickly and we can see what pitch numbers they have been allocated in the past. The program was very easy to adapt to our individual needs in the original setup. We have used EasyBook this season over a network of 3 computers and by some staff who have no previous experience of reservation systems. I have over the years used several high tech reservation/billing programs and this is the best value for money and because of its simplicity there is far less need for technical support. easier than this. I had spent months downloading free trials for booking
systems, trying them and then deleting them as they were either expensive,
complicated or just complete ripoffs! Luckily I found & downloaded the
EasyBook free trial. I used it for the 30 days and of course bought
it. I thought the trial was value for money, but then I got the updated
version and couldn't believe it, it got even easier! We have actually had
fun learning to use it, the few times we have had any queries or problems (our
fault not yours) these were answered very quickly by technical support, we look
forward to any future updates."
