History of EasyBook & EasyBook Business Solutions Limited...

EasyBook was originally owned by Western Business Systems Limited, based at Blackpool Airport in Lancashire. The first version of EasyBook was released in 1999, and the system enjoyed continued success over the next 10 years

In December 2009 EasyBook Business Solutions Limited was formed take over the future development, sales and support of the EasyBook product and business from its original base.

We are based just outside the major tourist destination of Blackpool, Lancashire in the United Kingdom.

All successful businesses need a good mix of people, skills and experience.

We have a great combination of knowledge and experience in the areas of hospitality provision, strategic management and business planning, sales and marketing, and computer software design, development and support.

Technical Director: Andy Roberts

Andy was the original lead developer for EasyBook. With over 12 years software development, sales and support experience as well as knowledge gained in the leisure and tourism industry, Andy is well placed to offer help and support for EasyBook, as well as guidance on current projects and future developments.

Sales and Marketing Director: Estelle Livesey

Estelle has a wealth of experience in all aspects of sales and marketing. Her belief is to ‘perfect the product into what the customer wants and needs’, rather than expect the customer to change their business to suit. She loves people and willingly listens to new ideas. Estelle is inspirational in how she interacts with customers, always doing her best to support small businesses.

Strategic Director: Darren Livesey

Darren has had over 15 years experience in management, his knowledge spans project management, programming, business management, business planning, lecturing, Health & Safety compliance and good practice. Darren has been award winning in every long term project undertaken, from large construction projects to the hospitality industry. This offers EasyBook customers a new dimension in business planning.

Estelle & Darren Livesey also own the Beach House, Luxurious 5 Star Self Catering Holiday Apartments, which won a national silver award with Enjoy England in 2009. The Beach House achieves very high occupancy rates, all year round, and is very profitable. The Beach House is run and organised with the help of EasyBook products.
