I write as the Licensee of the Bermagui Beach Hotel (on the far south coast of New South Wales, in Australia). We have been using your software for only a few months and ARE VERY IMPRESSED. I researched for months before trialling your product. As we don't have a dedicated office to take our accommodation bookings, we rely on bar staff and they are not all computer literate, believe me! Anyway, it has been a truly easy to handle product for everyone and the error rate has dropped dramatically since changing over to you. Thanks again.

I have used EasyBook for the last 3 years at the Swan Hotel at Bradford on Avon and found it to be easily the most user-friendly reservations software I have ever used. Just thought you ought to know that you have a fantastic product.

We use the EasyBook system in all our hotels. It is the best system out there at by far for the money. The best value and the support service is second to none. I would recommend this system to anyone from a small guest house to large hotel. We own the largest hotel in North Devon and this software is great.

As we have a 10 Unit Motel in Australia, I didn't need a large program that did everything but wash the dishes. I tried so many different downloads, mostly they were too big or only half worked, I really thought I would have to do the bookings the old fashioned way, I was determined I wasn't going to give up, I came across EasyBook and it was just what I needed, very easy and very simple to use. EasyBook was invaluable to me when I had an Insurance claim, all the data was in front of me, saved so much time and effort. When I needed support it was only an email away and very prompt. I might add that I will recommend EasyBook to anyone in the hospitality industry who needs a simple solution, EasyBook - Simply The Best.

We are a caravan park with several types of touring pitches and hire caravans, working with date sensitive tariffs. The program was very easy to adapt to our individual needs in the original setup. We have used EasyBook this season over a network of 3 computers and by some staff who have no previous experience of reservation systems. I have over the years used several high tech reservation/billing programs and this is the best value for money and because of its simplicity there is far less need for technical support. On the other hand when I have needed support when adapting reports/letters the response was very quick, easy to follow and very friendly. I cannot recommend this program highly enough.

As a small business with five cottages open all year round, it was important for us to choose a package sufficiently simple to operate given the scale of our operation. The ability to trial the EasyBook software for 30 days enabled us to review the software without any financial outlay. It soon became clear the the package supported our business well, providing sufficient functions without being too elaborate or complex. EasyBook provided us with efficiency gains, made us look far more professional to our guests and provided, via the EasyBook Reports, simple management information to support the whole of the contractual process. The software was easy to use, however invariably there were a few queries initially. Without fail, the staff at EasyBook were helpful, courteous and swift in providing just the right advice.

I have been using EasyBook for almost six years now and love it. I had searched long and hard for a program that would suit my vacation rental business and while other programs I tried were good, they were just too much for my needs. I have a simple business and I needed a simple program... I found it in EasyBook, and the support from the EasyBook staff is excellent. Not being a 'techie' I have had to rely on them to help me after I upgraded to a new machine. They were most courteous and walked me through the switch over until I was up and running again. We have now been using EasyBook for 8 years. We have 19 rooms plus dining room, bar and 2 meeting rooms and it doesn't get any easier than this. I had spent months downloading free trials for booking systems, trying them and then deleting them as they were either expensive, complicated or just complete ripoffs! Luckily I found and downloaded the EasyBook free trial. I used it for the 30 days and of course bought it. I thought the trial was value for money, but then I got the updated version and couldn't believe it, it got even easier! We have actually had fun learning to use it, the few times we have had any queries or problems (our fault not yours) these were answered very quickly by technical support, we look forward to any future updates.

After having tried other software, we are really pleased to have chosen EasyBook. It is very easy to use, just as its name suggests. As we do not actually run a hotel but lodgings, flats/houses and co-ordinate accommodation with an array of host families, we were initially sceptical as to how useful the system would be to us. No fear, EasyBook has so far coped with everything we threw at it. When problems/queries arose, support has been prompt and competent. The system is a pleasure to use and can only be recommended. Just a quick note to commend you on your software. We have been using EasyBook now since the New Year and it is fair to say that it has revolutionized our business. Not only has the software been easy to set up and use, but we have managed to cut down dramatically on the time and effort needed to take and track bookings. The software is extremely flexible and we have successfully managed to adapt it for our needs, i.e. the Daily Message Screen is used by us to record camping bookings etc. Thank you for the excellent software which I would unquestionably recommend to others, excellent value for money.

EasyBook is, well, 'Easy'. It really is a jewel among reservation systems. You are buying 'Truth in Advertising' with this system. Promises are kept and it works. The design is reliable as is the daily execution. Two features which you will come to love very quickly are the ability to change virtually anything with regard to a reservation quickly and easily.  Secondly, you can have anybody up and using it very quickly because it is intuitively designed to be non-threatening to novice or first time computer users. I have not seen EasyBook's equal in a product for small to medium size lodging properties; 1 to 20 units.
