We provide a responsive, knowledgable and friendly support service for EasyBook to give you peace of mind and help to keep your business running smoothly.
What does the Help & Support Service for EasyBook cover?
Assistance with all aspects of setting up, running and managing EasyBook is available to support customers through the following channels;
- Email - Through the general info@easybookonline.com email address, as well as access to an exclusive email address reserved for support customers.
- Telephone - Through the main telephone number for EasyBook UK 01253 714555. Access to an exclusive dedicated mobile phone number is also provided for support customers.
- Website Based Services - We provide an online "Knowledgebase" of commonly asked questions and answers and advice relating to EasyBook. We also have a "Technical Support Request Form" service for customers to contact us directly for support through this website.
- Remote Access Software - We provide direct assistance for EasyBook using Free and Secure VNC (Virtual Network Computing) or Web Based remote support software. This allows us to "dial-in" and fix problems quickly, safely, and with the minimum of fuss. This can be arranged in advance at a convenient time for you, or provided immediately in urgent cases. All you have to do is sit back and watch as we fix the problem or show you how to use a feature right in front of your eyes!
When is support available for EasyBook?
Our offices are open for business in the United Kingdom between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Outside these hours we provide a skeleton service covering telephone and email for pre-arranged support and emergencies.
Where immediate response is not possible we offer a telephone answering service to catch urgent requests for information or support. We always aim to respond to requests for information and support incidents within 24 hours, much sooner if possible.
How much does the Help & Support Service for EasyBook cost?
During the Free 30 Day Trial period you are automatically entitled to FREE access to the help and support services listed below.
Once this period has ended you must have a valid support agreement in place to access these services. This ensures that we can provide an efficient and effective support service for EasyBook to all our customers.
6 or 12 month "renewal" customers automatically receive FREE access to all of our help and support services, as well as FREE updates to the base system that are released during this period.
Customers who choose the "outright purchase" option are entitled to assistance for 7 days following purchase to get up and running. Following this period the EasyBook Help & Support Service must be purchased separately to receive assistance with EasyBook.
For "outright purchase" customers this is available to buy at either £120.00 UK Pounds for 12 Months (including free updates to the base system that are released during this period) or £50.00 UK Pounds per incident paid in advance.
