EasyBook Directors Andy, Darren & Estelle are delighted to announce the release of the new "Adapt" Property Management System.
Local press covered the event where existing customers upgraded to the new "Adapt" software.

Paul Hurst, owner of The Shard Riverside Inn, Hambleton said "We have been so pleased with EasyBook over the years that we were very keen to introduce the "Adapt" software at both The Shard and our new business venture at The Mill at Conder Green, Thurnham.  It's easy for staff to use, yet gives me very useful and important information through reports and functions that I need to support business management and planning.  The EasyBook directors Darren, Estelle and Andy have listened to customers needs and integrated their considerable tourism business knowledge into the product".

Tom Pridmore who has joined the EasyBook team was formerly head of tourism for the Wyre Borough in Lancashire for 21 years.  He has an appreciation of what makes a successful and profitable business in the hospitality industry, having worked with a variety of different people and places. Tom said "I'm looking forward to working with the directors of EasyBook in these challenging times for businesses in the tourism industry".

Andy Roberts said "I'm really pleased with the response from businesses that have upgraded to the new 'Adapt' version of EasyBook. I'm also delighted with the increased sales we've seen since the new free 30 day trial has been available on the website".

Darren and Estelle Livesey, who also run a national award winning 5 Star Holiday Apartment business are already running the new software in real-time every day.  Estelle said "I think using the EasyBook software in a very specific way is key to our needs, we make the software work hard for our business, and this saves us time that we can invest elsewhere. I've already saved a massive amount of time and postage costs by using the new email features in the "Adapt" upgrade, I just wish I'd started using it sooner!".
