During the FREE 30 day trial period you are entitled to free access to the support services listed below.


For the FIRST 30 days following the purchase of a registered licence for EasyBook you are entitled to the same free access.


Outside these 2 periods you must have a Support Agreement in place to access any help and technical support services for EasyBook.  This ensures that we can provide an efficient and effective support service for EasyBook to all our customers.


A Support Agreement entitles you to help and technical support for EasyBook through the following channels;

Telephone: Through the main telephone number for EasyBook UK 01253 714555. Access to an exclusive dedicated mobile phone number is also provided for Support Agreement holders.


Remote Access Software: We can provide direct help and technical support for EasyBook using FREE and SECURE VPN (Virtual Private Network) software. This allows us to dial-in to your computer and fix problems quickly and safely, with the minimum of fuss. All you have to do is sit back and watch as we fix the problem before your eyes!


When you purchase a Support Agreement for EasyBook you will be provided with a unique reference number that you must be prepared to give whenever you need to access support services.


How Much:

The cost of a Support Agreement for EasyBook is £120 UK pounds per year.

This covers you for all help and support related to running the EasyBook system for your business for a full 12 months. Support is available during normal UK office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm), with a skeleton service running outside these hours and on UK Bank Holidays.

How To Order:

Use the Secure Online Ordering button below to order your Annual Help & Support Agreement for EasyBook through PayPal.  We will then send over your Annual Help & Support Agreement along with receipt of payment.  This will entitle you to help and support for EasyBook by email, telephone and remote access software for 12 months.

Program Updates:

Customers are able to purchase updates to the standard EasyBook software when they are released. The cost of updates will be announced at the time of release, and will be relative to the standard cost of the EasyBook software depending on the content/features included. Program updates are optional.
