EasyBook Free 30 Day Trial

To let you see if EasyBook fits your requirements we offer the free 30 day trial.

This is a fully working version of the system, however there are 3 main restrictions;

  • The system is running from an evaluation licence, this means that the details that appear on letters and bills are our details.  If you purchase a full registered licence for EasyBook we send out a licence disk to you that contains your hotel/business details.

  • The system displays a nag screen to remind you that you are running the evaluation version of EasyBook (this also tells you how long you have left to evaluate the system).

  • The system will only run for 30 days from the date of installation.  After that time you can either purchase a full registered licence or remove/uninstall it from your machine.

NOTE:   If you decide to purchase a registered licence for EasyBook, it can be upgraded to the full registered version without losing any of the information that you enter within the 30 day trial period (eg. room setups, bookings, guests etc.).

If you have any problems getting EasyBook up and running on your computer please contact us.

When you install the free 30 day trial onto your computer, there is some demo information already entered to let you see how things can be set up.

EasyBook uses Microsoft Word to create letters and bills.  You will need to have Microsoft Word (95, 97 2000, XP) installed on your computer to be able to create letters and bills within the system.  If you do not have Microsoft Word installed on your computer, there is a more basic letter creation method available (using Microsoft Wordpad which comes with as standard with Microsoft Windows), however this will not allow you to show more advanced information on letters and bills (eg. list booking extras on a bill).

To select the type of Wordprocessor that you would like EasyBook to use; Go into System Settings, then on the Additional Settings tab select a Wordprocessor Type from the dropdown list.
