• During the initial 30 days following purchase, customers are entitled to FREE technical support for EasyBook via telephone, fax and email and any updates to the standard EasyBook package.

• After this period, FREE technical support for EasyBook is available via email.

• We also offer an annual support contract for EasyBook which includes technical support via telephone, fax and email and any updates to the standard EasyBook software that are released during the contract period.

• The cost of this annual support contract is £80 UK Pounds including VAT per year.
