What does the Help & Support Service for EasyBook cover?

Assistance with all aspects of setting up, running and managing EasyBook is available to support customers through the following channels;

  • Email - Through the general info@easybookonline.com email address, as well as access to an exclusive email address reserved for support customers.

  • Telephone - Through the main telephone number for EasyBook UK 01253 714555.  Access to an exclusive dedicated mobile phone number is also provided for support customers.

  • Remote Access Technical Support Service - We provide direct assistance for EasyBook using free and secure "remote access technical support software".  This allows us to "dial-in" remotely to your computer(s) and fix problems quickly, safely, and with the minimum of fuss.  This can be arranged in advance at a convenient time for you, or provided immediately in urgent cases.  The service can be started using the link on the following page "Remote Access Technical Support Service".  To use this service you will require a PIN number that we provide over the phone or by email in advance of use.

  • Website Based Services - We provide an online "Knowledgebase" of commonly asked questions and answers and advice relating to EasyBook.  We also have a "Technical Support Request Form" service for customers to contact us directly for support through this website.

When is support available for EasyBook?

Our offices are open for business in the United Kingdom between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.  Outside these hours we provide a skeleton service covering telephone and email for pre-arranged support and emergencies.

Where immediate response is not possible we offer a telephone answering service to catch urgent requests for information or support.  We always aim to respond to requests for information and support incidents within 24 hours, much sooner if possible.


What are 'Free Updates' for EasyBook?

We are constantly looking to improve the EasyBook Property Management System.  We build new features into the main EasyBook system on a regular basis.  Once a considerable number of new features and improvements have been made, we release a new version of EasyBook, and this is made available as an update for existing customers.  Updates are delivered to customers either as a download with instructions, or we dial in to install updates using remote access software.


How much does the Help & Support Service for EasyBook cost?

During the "Free Trial" period you are entitled to FREE access to our Help and Support Services.

If you are a "12 Month Renewal" licence customer you are entitled to continuous FREE access to our Help and Support Services, as well as FREE updates to the system that are released whilst your licence is active.

If you are an "Outright Purchase" licence customer you are entitled to 1st Year access to our Help and Support Services FREE of charge, as well as FREE updates to the system that are released during this period.  After the 1st Year, the Help and Support Service must be bought separately if you want to continue to receive our assistance with EasyBook and FREE updates to the system when they are released.

This ensures that we can provide an efficient and effective support service for EasyBook to all customers.


The Help & Support Service costs £119 UK Pounds per year.  This includes FREE updates to the EasyBook PMS that are released during your entire support period.
