EasyBook Secure Ordering & Payment Pages - Now Open For Business!

We have added new 'secure online ordering pages' to the EasyBook website.  You can now place orders and make secure payment for EasyBook Registered Licences and our EasyBook Help & Support Service (inc. Free Updates) directly through this website.

You can check prices and place orders on our EasyBook Sales & Ordering page

The ordering process is simple and sensitive information is protected using SSL (https) encryption.  Payments by debit or credit card are handled securely using the fully PCI compliant Stripe or PayPal secure payment gateways.  Happy Shopping!

EasyBook attends the "StayBlackpool 2015 Open Day" at the Hilton Hotel, Blackpool

We recently attended the StayBlackpool 2015 Open Day at the Hilton Hotel in Blackpool, Lancashire.

The event was very successful and well attended by local Hotel, Guest House, Bed & Breakfast and Self Catering Apartment business owners.  We were able to speak with many local business people and promote EasyBook with demonstrations of the EasyBook Property Management System.

The EasyBook website is now "Mobile Friendly"

We have had a re-design of the EasyBook website.  You should now find the site works equally well when viewed on a mobile phone or tablet device, as it does on a desktop or laptop computer.

We have taken this opportunity to enhance the overall 'look and feel' of the site, as well as improving some key areas.  The "Get Support" page now makes it even easier to access our remote support service.  We have also added more useful information to the "Commonly Asked Questions" page.

YouTube video added - "Overview of the Free 30 Day Trial - Getting Started"

This is the second video in our series of "How To" guides for EasyBook.

This guide takes you through the first time EasyBook is run after installing, and gives a brief mention about each of the modules in the system.  The viewer is then taken into the System Settings area to look at setting up room types, rooms, booking tariffs and extras items, and selecting a word processor for creating letters, bills and reports.

The video finishes with a quick look at the EasyBook User Guide.

YouTube video added - "How to Download and Install the Free 30 Day Trial"

This is the first video in a series of "How To" guides we are creating for EasyBook.

This guide shows how to get to the EasyBook website, how to fill in the download form, save the EasyBook setup program to your computer, mark the file as "safe", then install it using the "Troubleshoot Compatibility" feature in Windows 10, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 7 or Windows Vista.

Finally the viewer is shown how to run the EasyBook Control Centre from the Desktop shortcut.

Running EasyBook on an Apple Mac Desktop or Laptop?... Yes, you can!

We get asked quite often about whether we have a dedicated version of EasyBook for Apple Mac computers.  At the moment we do not, but we are working on this for the future.

However, we now have customers that are using Apple Mac software called BootCamp, VMWare Fusion or Parallels to run Microsoft Windows on their Apple Mac Desktop or Laptop computers.  The EasyBook PMS can then be installed in the Microsoft Windows environment and used as normal.

To get this working there are a few components required (ie. "BootCamp", "VMWare Fusion" or "Parallels" for Apple Mac, a Microsoft Windows licence, and a copy of Microsoft Word for letters, bills and reports), but if it's what you want...  It is possible! (and it looks pretty nice too).

EasyBook is under new ownership

We are pleased to announce that EasyBook Business Solutions Limited is now under new management.  Following a period of negotiation in late 2012, a change of ownership has taken place, with Andy Roberts becoming the new Managing Director of the company.  Chris Taylor has joined the company as fellow Director.  With a great deal of experience and knowledge in small business as an electrical wholesaler, and a keen interest in electronics and computing in general, Chris is welcomed onto the management team.

After three years of involvement, Estelle & Darren Livesey have now stepped down as Directors from the company.  Estelle & Darren are still operating as accommodation providers with The Beach House Luxury Self-Catering Apartments in Blackpool, and remain as customers using the EasyBook Property Management System to assist in the running of their business.

For the last three years Estelle & Darren have provided great guidance and support for the company.  Their involvement has been of tremendous benefit, and their efforts will be remembered and appreciated for a long time to come.  We wish them well in the future and thank them for the opportunity this now represents for ours.

EasyBook website redesign complete

We are pleased to announce the release our newly redesigned EasyBook website.  We've been working hard over the last couple of months to create a simpler and more useful site for our customers and visitors, we hope you like it!  We will be adding more content over the coming weeks, including a common questions page and video tutorials for EasyBook.

EasyBook "Adapt" promotional event with local businesses

EasyBook Business Solutions Limited release the new "Adapt" version of their popular "EasyBook" Hotel & Guest House Booking Management Software to the public.  EasyBook Directors Andy, Darren & Estelle attended two local business promotions recently at The Shard Riverside Inn, Hambleton and The Mill at Conder Green, Thurnham to meet the owners and staff and see the new system in action.

"Adapt", the brand new version of EasyBook has now been released.  It is available to download as a free 30 day trial.  There is also an update available for existing customers that want to upgrade to the new version from EasyBook Version 3 or Version 4.

EasyBook attend the Caterama 2010 Hotel and Catering Exhibition

We recently attended the Caterama 2010 exhibition at the Norbreck Castle Hotel in Blackpool, Lancashire.  Over the 2 days we met with existing customers and provided demonstrations of our EasyBook Booking Management Software to visitors.
